Our returns guarantee entitles you to return or exchange the product for any reason within 14 days of having received it, shipping is not refunded. You have the right to open the package and inspect the contents but the product must be returned in new and unused condition. All contents (original packaging, price labels, extra laces, dust bag and etc.…) shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with. Each return will be individually inspected. For any reason, if the return does not pass inspection, your item will be returned to you without refund.
If you return an order, please keep your tracking number and receipts so you have proof of shipment. We are not responsible for any damages or losses of your package. When returning goods by mail, please ensure that you contact us first at email@example.com with subject line "Return Order #" before sending out the return. Unfortunately, we are unable to process international returns.
