Returns and Exchanges

Holiday Return Policy

To make your holiday shopping experience even easier, we are extending our standard return window for the season.

All purchases made during the holiday period are eligible for return or exchange up to 14 days following Christmas, rather than our usual 14 days from the date of purchase or delivery.

This means customers will have until January 8th to return or exchange eligible items.

All other standard return conditions still apply, including item condition requirements and any exclusions listed in our general return policy.

Standard Return Policy

Our returns guarantee entitles you to return or exchange the product for any reason within 14 days of having received it (shipping not included). Returns are eligible to the original form of payment or as store credit. 

All packages are insured through UPS or DHL. You will receive an email with tracking number when your order ships. Free shipping in the contiguous US. International orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU). Customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
